If you choose to Bring a Topic, you are an Issue Holder.
This means you will bring a topic to the session, a topic of your own that you wish to work on with the help of the other people (the group representatives) that are available in the group session.
Working on your topic through a family constellations' session in a group setting is something very beautiful to your system and to everyone else's system too. It's as if your own topic can be at "service" of everyone who's present at the session. And, at the same time, everyone who is present at the session is also available in an open and beautiful way for your own system.

Group Representative
If you choose to be a Group Representative means you will not bring a topic of your own to the session, but you will not be coming to the session "just to see" it. You will also experience it in the first person!
As a Group Representative, you will have a very important role, which is to participate in other's Family Constellations settings. In a group session, an issue holder brings a topic of their own life that they which to work on and when "placing" this topic in the field, the group representatives will be available to represent people/ situations/ what comes up to be represented for that person's sytem. The beauty to be a group representative is that, even though you are opening yourself up to someone else's sytem's topic, you are indirectly working on yourself and your own system too. Every group gets together for a reason, so we all have issues and wounds in common. This is why it is so relatable (even if sometimes we don't consciously know it is).
To be a Group Representative is a great choice if you've never participated in a group session and/or never tried Family Constellations.

Individual one on one

In an individual setting, a Family Constellations' session is as deep as a group setting. However, instead of other people as representatives to look at your topic, we can use figurines, meditation and other systemic exercises that will guide you and your system.
This the perfect setting if you feel that your topic is something that your feel you should work on privately. Even though everything that we work on as a group is totally anonymous, there are certain topics that we you can feel that are more private. If so, this is an amazing opportunity for you and your system.
